WHO I AM

I am 50 years old and am a highly committed, energetic and motivated person . Having spent a long time working in the management sector in unfulfilling, unrewarding roles I realised that I wanted a change of direction and Life Coaching is something that has always interested me as I enjoy engaging with and helping people so I decided to change direction and train as a Life Coach and since receiving my level 5 diploma and also gaining a qualification in Hypnotherapy I have had the opportunity to work with and help some wonderful people which has been very rewarding and I hope to continue doing so for a long, long time
