A Little about Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy and what I do



The role of the Life Coach is not to give the client answers or to tell them what they should do, but rather to support them to help themselves and any progress is entirely dependant on the client’s commitment to the process



A Life Coach has a variety of “tools” at their disposal and will invariably employ several of these, my work is primarily Cognitive Behavioural Therapy based with elements of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy and Coaching depending on the individual client

 

 

Progress is largely dependant on the clients commitment to change, without which any assistance will be ineffective 



Weight, stress, anger management and confidence are just a few of the many different issues that I help clients work through 



My aim is to assist each client in a non judgemental, non discriminatory environment offering complete support and total confidentiality



A client will generally have between 4 to 6 sessions to enable progress to be made although this can vary depending on both the client and the issue



All clients must sign an informed consent form prior to the start of any assistance



All sessions must be paid for in advance
